• Providing support on the project development process from project identification to commercial operation. We coordinate and perform services that include:

  • Pre-Feasibility & Feasibility Studies, Land Acquisition Strategy & Negotiation, Permitting, PPA Negotiation, Legal Support, Management of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Management of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) Development and Implementation, EPC Contract Negotiation, Grid Interconnection Study, and O&M Contract Negotiation.

Financial services

• Providing support for developing bankable energy projects, structuring investments, and fundraising for developers and industries which are seeking to integrate renewable energy into their processes. The services provided include: Creating a Business Plan and Financial Model; Developing a Fundraising Strategy; Identifying Potential Investors and Arranging Meetings with Potential Investors; and Applying for Grants.
